bubbles with auntie... she has been nothing but let down by our skilz, but somehow grasps the potential for magic from the blue bottle. It might be time to break down and buy an actual bubble solution. We have been mixing up various ratios of corn syrup, water and ajax with disappointing results.

Somebody took this picture are the Bakery Bar when she was there with Krissy, and despite seeming disappointed that Krissy was not her mom, the lady still emailed it to her.
We were all glad that she didn't try to get any of us arrested that are in charge of her care- it's kind of hard to tell in this picture, (which is surprising, because it's quite a mess, actually) but she has a huge lump and purple/blue/green bruise between her eyes from a stupid toy I set her up with earlier this week.
She's fine, we went to the doctor and they assured us. Swift's behavior assured us, really, as she does not seem to be put out in the least by this temporary disfigurement.

It's pretty cool to be walking at 10 months. It's even cooler to be showing it off in the coolest baby arena ever! Memry and Krissy discovered baby OMSI (Oregon museum of science and industry, translate: ball pools/ water features/ raccoon outfits/ wooden trucks/ circus mirrors. For babies and their wary and proud care givers.
