Gavin was shocked that I hadn't posted this yet, and accused me of not putting any of the "good" ones up. I'll just leave you thinking that there are gobs of pictures way cuter than any you've ever seen...
So we had to make do with the lack of air conditioning in the house after overheating in the car (see those rosy cheeks?) The perfect solution: wet cheese cloth, draped, sitting in front of the fan. Draped like Ben Franklin. Hilarious and effective! Look how happy everyone is now. The following are glimpses of the photo shoot that ensued.

Shot day. Staying strong. Much easier than the first round. at two months- hardly a fuss, but pretty sore, laying low.
Yeah, so, there was a minor pee incident at the river (as you can see evidence of in the sand below the dangling legs), but not to worry! We exited in style, even without a back-up diaper. Panties, sumo style.
ok, so this was taken over a week ago, but it's still cute, so it's still relevant. First time on the coast! Socks in sand, as it was a little chilly to go bare. We'll save swimming till grammy gives us lessons and ocean temperatures are more welcoming.
This is my favorite view in the world: her lying on my chest as we wake up from a nap. I can't believe she's already 4 months! I'm beginning to believe all the advise our parents gave to enjoy it, because the time just flies by. Now I'm nervous. They told us that at 17- does it keep accelerating at this pace? Because I don't think I'm ready for her to have a curfew or boyfriend, and I know Gavin isn't.
Swift and I and Delane are standing in the same spot in our garden as in the previously posted pictures. That was only seven weeks ago! From seed to this!
What, is this this advanced for a not-even-four-monther? I don't think about that kind of thing. I'm just gettin' where I need to be the only way I know how.
